Prior Knowledge
Two types of prior knowledge:
- that sometghing exists or is true
- a definition
Both could be the case.
Demonstration
A demonstration is a syllogism that produces scientific knowledge.
Demonstration of scientific knowledge is
- the knowing the cause of something and
- that nothing else could be the cause.
