Company Visit

Expenses

Most companies will either provide "all-expenses-paid" visits...
others will require you to make your own arrangements, but will reimburse you some time in the future (may be a long time).

Use common sense to determine whether it should go on your bill or the company's bill

Ask and/or know about documentation for company (receipts, mileage, etc.)

Bring enough cash for cab expenses

Format and Agenda

Some have host from airport to hotel to dinner to company …

"mini" career fair with several hiring managers followed by interview

Ask: "Do you have an agenda?"

Commitment

Don't waste your/their time/money.

Tell them if you're not interested, and tell them as soon as possible

Some companies might have offer ready to go during the visit

Attire

Always be professional, polite, and cordial.

You're constantly being evaluated
